Hi, I'm Julian
I'm not a wellness influencer or a supplement guy. I'm a Latino founder from Weston, Florida who got tired of coffee that made me choose between pleasure and wellness.
A few years ago I went keto, and the first week destroyed me — brain fog, the 3 PM wall, all of it. A friend mentioned mushroom coffee, so I tried the big names. They worked... but they all tasted like dirt. I wanted both: real energy and a cup I actually looked forward to. So I built it myself.
Working with my nutritionist, I blended Lion's Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps with creamy coconut milk and 12,000 mg of MCT oil. The coconut gave it the smoothness that was missing; the MCT gave me steady, ketogenic energy — no spike, no crash, no anxiety. The first morning I tasted the prototype, I just sat there for a minute. It actually tasted good. By 11 AM I realized I hadn't crashed. That was the whole story.

I made it for me. Then my wife wanted some. Then friends, then their friends. Today I run Organic Bless on my own, and we ship every order by hand from our facility in Weston, Florida — and I still drink it every single morning before I open my laptop.
The name came easily. My spiritual side runs deep, and for me every cup is a small blessing — a moment to pause, give thanks, and begin with intention before the noise of the world rushes in.
