Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. shipping policy

Currently shipping only to U.S. and Canada customers

  • Processing & Delivery: U.S. orders ship from the U.S. (Amazon MCF or our Weston, FL warehouse) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Average delivery is ~3 business days after processing. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and Canada may take longer.
  • Free Shipping: Most U.S. orders qualify for free shipping (~3-day average). Expedited shipping may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Accuracy of Address: Please provide correct and complete shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders misrouted due to incorrect addresses.
  • Carrier Delays/Damages: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us immediately at info@organic-bless.com (photos may be required).

Lost Packages
We will help investigate lost shipments with the carrier. However, if the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” we cannot automatically issue a replacement/refund. Please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll support as much as possible.

2. returns & refunds policy

We want you to love your Organic Bless coffee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@organic-bless.com within 45 days of delivery of your first order.

  • First-time orders: You may open one bag/unit to try. Any additional units must be returned unopened/sealed.
  • Combos & Bundles: You may open one item to try; the rest must remain sealed to qualify for refund. Refunds may be prorated across items.
  • Repeat purchases: Only sealed/unopened items are returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Proof required: Returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Important: You must contact us before returning items. Unauthorized returns, or items shipped to the wrong address, may not be eligible for a refund.

3. returns of unopened items

  • Must be in original, unopened packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective/damaged).
  • We recommend using a trackable service and emailing us the tracking number at info@organic-bless.com. If tracking is not provided and the package does not arrive, we cannot issue a refund.

4. damages & issues

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email info@organic-bless.com with photos. Once verified, we will send a replacement or refund.
  • No replacements/refunds will be sent without proof.

5. undelivered / returned to sender

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may refund the product price (minus shipping fees), provided it is received in original condition.
  • If marked undelivered by the carrier, you may request reshipment (after covering new shipping fees) or a refund.
  • Refused packages: Refusing delivery triggers a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. If the package is lost in return transit, we cannot issue a refund. Please accept the package and process a return properly instead of refusing.

6. refunds – timing & method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, plus any time your bank/issuer needs to post it.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and no refund is received, contact us at info@organic-bless.com.

7. subscriptions (subscribe & save)

  • Flexibility: You may pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime before your next charge.
  • Cutoff window: Changes must be made before renewal is processed. Once processed/shipped, standard return rules apply.
  • First subscription order: Covered by our 45-day guarantee (you may open one bag).
  • Subsequent subscription orders: Only sealed/unopened items are returnable unless defective/damaged.
  • Annual/Prepaid Plans: Final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.

8. order modifications & duplicates

  • Order changes: Contact info@organic-bless.com immediately. If a packing slip has not been created, we can modify/cancel. If already processed, the order cannot be altered.
  • Duplicate orders: Customer is responsible for ensuring duplicates are not placed. Our return/refund guidelines still apply.

9. free gifts & promotions

  • Promotional gifts must be returned with qualifying orders. If kept, their value may be deducted from refunds.
  • Missing gifts will be included in your next order; we do not ship free gifts separately.

10. cancellation policy

  • Subscription customers may cancel at any time after the first 20 days from initial order, allowing time to try the product.
  • To cancel, log into your account or email us at info@organic-bless.com before your next billing date.
  • Same-day cancellations: If requested on the same day as a Starter Kit/subscription order, we reserve the right to cancel both.
